- HARNESSES : We exchange harnesses at no extra cost except for international orders. You have to pay postage for return and we will resend you the right size at our cost. PRODUCTS MUST BE NEW, UNWORN AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL OUTER PACKAGING. Our quality department will check the product returned to approve the return or not.
- SILICONE PRODUCTS : Sex toys, dildos, double ended dildos and vibrators, the nature of the product DOES NOT ALLOW US to exchange them. We would be pleased to offer you 50% off on the new size. This must be the same class of product, the same color but in a different size.
- SEXY TIME PRODUCTS : Cosmetic and accessories products are not exchangeable.
- DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS : We want to make sure you have a properly working product, so in the event you have a defective item, it can be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase.
To process for an exchange or your defective exchange promptly, all returns must be pre-approved, so please email our Customer Service for your Return Authorization. Before you send your product back, we’ll help you troubleshoot your toy to see if we can get it working. If troubleshooting fails and your item is indeed defective, we’ll email you a pre-paid return label, so you can get the item back to us.
