The delivery of your package is FREE in Western Europe Countries and UK for any order above 65€, and delivered against signature*. We ship from France.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of your payment except Saturdays, Sundays and bank holiday. We will of course do our best to ship same day. Express shippings are dispatched the day of ordering.

Standard shippings are handled by Colissimo for the French part, and by your national Post Company or DPD till your delivery address.

Express shippings are handled by Chronopost for the French part, and by your national Post Company Express service till your delivery address.

Delivery time depends on your location, approximative times are detailled on table below. Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will provide with a link that lets you track the online delivery of your package.

Packages are oversized and protected. No information appears on the package of the nature of the product expect for the overseas order that has to go through customs. They are sent under the name of WFH.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products.

Please note that delivery address taken into account and guaranteed by carriers' shipping contract do not include contact information (email, phone, etc) and delivery comments. All information you need to give for the delivery have to appear on your address lines.

Business days are Monday to Friday. We don't ship on week ends or bank holidays, and carrier sdo not deliver on week end days and bank holidays. For international shippings, please note that eventual custom fees, tax and duties, are at customer's charge.
