Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 18 cm - 22 cm below high waistline). It is the largest part of your lower waist.
TIP: if you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size. The boxer/brief needs to fit snugly to your body.

I think one of the most annoying things about some harnesses is that you have to maneuver a lot to get them adjusted just right. This was so easy. And it’s Velcro. Easy on, easy off.
