Hip or low waist measurement:
Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 18 cm - 22 cm below high waistline). It is the largest part of your lower waist.
TIP: if you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size. The boxer/brief needs to fit snugly to your body.

Great strap. Really easy to put on and comfortable to wear. Only downside is as someone with a very small waist there is a lot of excess material on the waist band when tightening all the way. This I just folded under the band, but maybe solutions for more velcro along the side would be helpful for those with a smaller waistline.
