Hip or low waist measurement:
Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 18 cm - 22 cm below high waistline). It is the largest part of your lower waist.
TIP: if you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size. The boxer/brief needs to fit snugly to your body.

Poor quality and wildly incorrect sizing. I'm 5'8", 155lbs, ftm. I typically wear 30"/M pants. I'm reasonably fit but I'm certainly not a skinny minnie. I bought the smaller of the two sizes, which supposedly is XS-3XL. Actual sizing is more like XL-3XL. This harness was ridiculously loose. Anyone who's used one knows these things need to be decent snug if youre planning on, well, using it. Absolutely comical to think Wetforher says this thing would fit an XS person. Only buy this if youre XL or above (bc genuinely it might actually work for you), otherwise youre wasting $100 on harness made out of $3 elastic.
