As someone in the transmasc/non-binary realm, this has been great to explore my gender specifically in relation to my genitals. I've been curious to use a more realistic dildo in a way that felt more connected to my body, and the Milo Feelskin provided that opportunity. I used it with the jock harness and a pair of boxer briefs over top. This alleviated dysphoria and gave the illusion of not wearing the harness. I've only used this by myself so far, but I do think this would make my experience of partnered sex much more affirming.
If you've used other stroker products, this is quite different. Rather than a decent canal for bottom growth penetration, it's a fairly shallow angled depression. There is still a bit of suction, but nowhere near as significant as typical strokers. Making this deeper would be my one suggestion for future versions.

This toy is very good and a must-have! While it took a bit of position-finding, and may be easier for those who who are doing vaginal penetration, this toy was very gender euphoric for me and my wife. Comfortable fit (medium-size) for my wife, and the bendable core makes postioning easier.
I am on the smaller side for bottom growth, but with lube, it is a very good feel. Soft enough to rub into, but firm enough that it stays where it is supposed be. May benefit from a loose strap to better thrust out of your partner.

I just received this dildo and tried it with my partner for the first time, and holy cow!!! Need to get the hang of it to feel as good with me on top, but we were both amazed how good it felt for both of us with her riding on top of me. First off, the texture of this guy is amazing! The duel density feels soooo good. It’s bendable, but not prodding. I got the small to use with my MTF partner and she was comfortable with the size and hardness. The length is very reasonable too. I don’t think I would pack with this as even the small is pretty big, and I like my packers to have balls. I’ve been on t for several years but am not particularly well endowed (maybe an inch?) and my Tdick is usually mostly hidden behind my labia so the ribbed interior wasn’t massively effective for me, but I believe if I’d pump before use it could have been better. My only problem with Milo is finding a harness that has an open front to make use of the hole! I made it work with a boxer style harness but it wasn’t as secure as I’d like. Overall I would recommend Milo, especially to trans guys with some bottom growth. Even with my smaller than average growth it was enjoyable for me. While there are more play prosthetics on the market with more effective tdick stimulation, I’m more than pleased considering the price I paid + shipping to Australia
