Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 18 cm - 22 cm below high waistline). It is the largest part of your lower waist.
TIP: if you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size. The boxer/brief needs to fit snugly to your body.

We had the old version or something similar to the way this one is made. However there are a few changes from the first we had. My girlfriend can put this on without my assistance anymore. Great stability with the dildo. Get ready to have your world rocked with this harness.
