Hip or low waist measurement:
Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 18 cm - 22 cm below high waistline). It is the largest part of your lower waist.
TIP: if you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size. The boxer/brief needs to fit snugly to your body.

We like it a lot, way better than the other types of straps like harness ones. This one takes 1 sec to put on so it doesn’t ruin the fun. The hole does sit a little low making some positions hard to do but we can get over that. Overall great product. I’m also 5’5 and about 145lbs so I’m usually a S/M but I got a S and it fit great!

Works good but the sizing could be better i am normally a 3x in almost anything and i got 4x-5x and they are pretty tight also could have more of a stretchy material, they are mid rise so if you have a tummy it was cause your “extension” to have a weird downwards angle
