Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business** days after receipt of your payment except Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. We will of course do our best to ship your package as soon as possible. Note that Express shippings requires complete customer phone number in order to speed up the delivery process (tax and duty notifications are sent per txt message).

For deliveries outside the USA, packages are also shipped discreetly, but customs obliges us to attach your invoice folded in a sealed bag outside the package. In case of control at your border, this invoice might be put back at sight to your package, WET FOR HER has no hand on each country clearance process, thank you for your understanding.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products.

Please note that delivery address taken into account and guaranteed by carriers' shipping contract do not include contact information (email, phone, etc) and delivery comments. All information you need to give for the delivery have to appear on your address lines.

* Please note that, depending on tax and duties conditions, some carriers might deliver packages in mailbox/mail room without signature, if goods are free of tax, or if taxes were paid online.

**Business days are Monday to Friday. We don't ship on week ends or bank holidays, and carrier sdo not deliver on week end days and bank holidays. Please note that International shipment costs do not include taxes and duties of your country that may apply. Please check your country taxes import.

° Since 2019 crisis and the decrease if international flights, please allow extra days for international shipping times. it can take sometimes 15 to 30 days to ship, release and deliver packages outside US.

°°Express delivery are shipped and delivered by DHL Express. Recipient phone number is required, as DHL contacts recipient per text message to pay tax and duties online, before processing to the delivery. As detailed on check out, tax and duties are not included in the shipping option. Any returned to sender package due to unpaid tax and duties would not have shipping option refunded.
