- HARNESSES : We accept harnesses return, PRODUCTS MUST BE NEW, UNWORN AND IN THEIR NET ORIGINAL OUTER PACKAGING. Harnesses can be tried above your own underwear. If it doesn’t fit, please order online another size, and contact us us within 14 days after delivery to get your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) so you can send us the unfitting one for refund. Our quality department will check the product returned to approve the return or not.
- SILICONE PRODUCTS : Sex toys, dildos, double ended dildos and vibrators, the nature of the product DOES NOT ALLOW US to exchange them. We would be pleased to offer you 50% off on the new size. This must be the same class of product, but in a different size.
- VIBROS AND SEXY TIME PRODUCTS : Cosmetics, accessories products and vibrating devices are not exchangeable. If you have a defective device, please read our next section.
- DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS : We want to make sure you have a properly working product, so in the event you have a defective item, it can be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase. To process for an exchange or your defective item promptly, all returns must be pre-approved, so please email our Customer Service for your Return Authorization. Before you send your product back, we’ll help you troubleshoot your toy to see if we can get it working. If troubleshooting fails and your item is indeed defective, we’ll email you a pre-paid return label, so you can get the item back to us.
